Job Responsibilities:
Good communication , documentation preparation , handling technical queries of IT SCS , NW & AV system, meeting presentation, project schedule, time flexibility , attend site level meetings, establish weekly meeting with client & project team , etc
Sound knowledge of IT structure cabling , Network Infra & AV system
Understanding of IT SCS, NW, AV design with respect site level works .
IT & AV budget estimation , prepare BOQ's ( IT NW , AV , SCS ).
IT server room build standard with respect electric load , UPS , raceway , security compliance , IT NW build etc .
Site level coordination with PMC , multiple vendors.
Handling issues , risks , challenges with respect to site level works and technical queries.
Decision making & communicate with client and project team on timely manner.
Monitor workplace readiness & standard.

Skills and Experience Requirement
At least 3 years of experience as a project manager for a system integrator
Understanding of Project Management methodologies including broad understanding of quality control, risk management, security measures and standardization of procedures and rules
Current or previous Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master, PRINCE2 or other relevant certification
College Degree preferred
Well-developed budget management ability
Sound knowledge of IT solutions Experience in implementing at least one medium term/budget project successfully with the title of Project Manager.
Ability to communicate effectively with business level of English
