Job Title: Audio Visual Project Coordinator

Location: Mumbai & On Site

Type of Job: Full Time

Job Timing: 10:30 7:30

Work Days: 6 days (Monday to Saturday)

Salary: 40,000.00 - 60,000.00 per month

Education Qualification: Bachelor's (Preferred) Mechanical, Electrical, Sound Engineering

Work Experience Required (Years): 2-5 years

Key Skills Required: Candidates must have very good organizational skills and be natively fluent in English and site updates and reporting skills must.

Responsibilities Deliverables:

• Coordination of Wiring Layout on site with Site Supervisor and Architect or Interior Designer.
• Supervision and Checking of Wiring on site and coordination with Electrical Contractor.
• Maintaining Documentation for every site including drawings, known issues, troubleshooting and pending tasks.
• Going through Cable Checklist on site to ensure every wire has been run to its proper location
• Coordination with the Installation Team for technical support and installation support.
• Handover of projects to Customers
• Coordination of Service Calls
• Assignment of Installation Team to Job Sites
• Coordination of Projects and their respective tasks using Task Management Software
