You will be reporting to the Manager, Professional Services. You will work from the Pune office in a hybrid mode.
- You will manage the planning, direction, execution, control and completion of assigned projects.
- You will help define project scope and goals, involving all relevant partners and ensuring technical feasibility.
- You will develop and deliver to customers a detailed project plan to track progress
- You will monitor client projects and keep projects moving forward. Report and escalate.
- You will manage the relationship with the client, consulting team Avalara partners and all stakeholders.
- You will independently work with internal and external groups on multiple simultaneous projects.
- You will assist clients and functional consultants with developing testing plans and procedures.
- You will support the sales and account management teams in selling additional tax and professional services.
- You will partner with Engineering, IT, and other teams to ensure documentation, supporting materials and project plans are updated and available for our teams, senior leaders, and external partners.
- Five years of work experience
- Two or more years of software implementation experience in a SaaS organisation.
- Experience with multiple ERP and e-commerce solutions with a focus on sales order/invoicing processes.
- Fundamental knowledge of Systems Delivery Life Cycle and Software Development Lifecycle.
