Job Description
Handle commissions of varying sizes, depending upon the complexity of the project
- Understanding & precise knowledge of all aspects of construction related to civil and MEP.
- To ensure compliance with all project specifications.
- Coordinating with different stake holders on behalf of client.
- Monitor an efficient system, record all project activities, and analyze all processes to ensure all work meets quality requirements.
- Managing documentation & Preparation of monthly & Weekly progress report
- Monitoring Progress and tracking roadblocks.
- Analysing and Managing project risk.
- Conducting regular meetings.
- Study of Drawings and design in detail and provide valuable inputs before start of execution.
- To track the schedule and inform client accordingly for all delays.
- identifying and obtaining support and advice required for the management, planning and control of the project
adopting and applying appropriate technical and quality strategies and standards.
Qualifications
Education - B.E/B.Tech (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical)
- Candidate should have relevant experience of working preferably for a construction Interior fitout projects , having a graduate degree with excellent technical and communication skills.
12+ years work experience with demonstrated career growth graph.
