nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
n

nMaintains information technology strategies by managing staff, researching and implementing technological strategic solutions.

n

n Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

n

n Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities

n

nMaintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.

n

nDirects technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.

n

nCompletes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data centre.

n

nVerifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.

n

nPreserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.

n

n Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.

n

nAccomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget;n
nscheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective action.

n

nMaintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

n

nMaintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

n

nContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

nQUALIFICATIONS:
n

nA minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience including multiple years of experience in a multi-national company.

n

nStrong business acumen to understand business dynamics and organizational design and impact.

n

nBachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.

nEDUCATION:
nAny Bachelor's/Master's degree.
nLANGUAGE SKILLS:
nAbility to read, analyze and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write emails, speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups and clients.
nMATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
nAbility to choose the right mathematical methods or formulas to solve a problem. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals quickly and correctly.
nREASONING ABILITY:
nAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
