About The Job
As a Project Manager within the global Trelleborg Aerospace business, this role will be responsible for the overall execution of strategic projects within APAC Region including, planning, managing, and supporting project goals and results. The scope will include research and development, new product launches, sales, projects, and technology transfers. This role will report to Global Project Management Manager. you will work together to drive innovation and excellence.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Defend & Grow: Improve service and fulfillment to enhance existing business
- Drive Growth: Innovate within value streams
- Global Alignment: Lead replication and fleet alignment
- Safety & Sustainability: Elevate our aviation safety and sustainability culture
- Quality Focus: Lead project tasks aligned with our Quality metrics
- Budget Management: Lead all aspects of project budgets and costs
- Issue Resolution: Anticipate and raise issues to the right management level
- Operational Coordination: Coordinate project activities across relevant departments
About The Ideal Candidate
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or additional 4+ years of relevant experience required; engineering or other relevant technical degree strongly preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project management - PMP or equivalent certification ideal
- Relevant Technical degree or equivalent experience is required (Mechanical/Aerospace)
- Experience in the Aerospace Industry is preferred.
- Project management background is mandatory.
