Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects within the EV 2-wheeler segment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies within projects.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Participate in project meetings, capturing action items and ensuring follow-up.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and innovative ideas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong interest in project management and the electric vehicle industry.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for learning and professional development.
