Roles & Responsibilities: Actively assist the PMO department to deliver projects successfully and within timeframe.
Develop plans for new projects & identifying project needs through consultation with stakeholders, clients, vendors and staff.
Coordinating and outlining the human & material resources required to successfully complete each project.
Formulating a resource allocation strategy, and utilizing this to distribute work and finances.
Preparing monthly reporting for each project.
Consulting with the assigned Project Manager to seek guidance and input during the key phase of each project.
Work closely with the Procurement team to assist the purchasing process.
Perform other project administrative work related on a daily basis (reporting).
Degree/ diploma in related field.
Minimum 2 years experience in project management.
Experience or knowledge in IT, media entertainment or broadcast is an advantage.
Knowledge on any project management tools and metrics.
Detail oriented, analytical and issue solving ability, requiring minimal supervision.
