The PMO will be responsible for coordinating and managing project activities to ensure successful completion within the agreed scope, schedule, and budget. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with a keen attention to detail.
Key responsibilities
Assist the project manager in developing detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines
. Coordinate project tasks, milestones, and deliverables across various teams.
Ensure project documentation is maintained and up-to-date.
Track progress and report on project status to stakeholders regularly.
Monitor project budgets and ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
Tracking budget vs Actual
Track and report project costs, ensuring financial accountability.
Manage the SOW process Work with the client on actual utilization
Work with finance for Invoice approvals
Manage milestone and other delivery commitments
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Generate project status reports, performance metrics, and presentations for management.
Required qualifications and personal attributes
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
10+ Years experience in related filed
Excellent communication and Coordination skills
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).
