- Provide robust post Go-Live support, addressing any unforeseen challenges and ensuring sustained operational success.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across business functions and geographical locations.
- Facilitate regular communication and collaboration among project stakeholders to ensure alignment and consensus on project goals and priorities.
- Drive organizational change initiatives associated with GBS transformation projects, including process improvements, technology adoption, and cultural shifts.
- Develop change management strategies and communication plans to promote buy-in, engagement, and adoption of transformation initiatives.
Performance Measurement and Reporting:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of GBS transformation initiatives.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in project management roles, with a focus on leading complex transformation projects within large organizations.
- Proven experience in finance transformation, business diagnostics, business case analysis, planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance improvement, outsourcing/offshoring strategy, and SLA design.
- Familiarity with cutting-edge technologies and best practices in the market.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, overseeing complex initiatives from inception to completion.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
