Purpose of the job
We are seeking a
Project Management Coordinator for Employee Surveys and Listening Initiatives to join our team. This role is pivotal in planning, coordinating, and executing our listening strategy, ensuring every voice within our organization is heard and valued.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the planning for our listening initiatives, ensuring the timely execution of survey projects such as the annual engagement survey.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of survey coordinators, promoting a smooth and efficient process.
- Collaborate closely with the CoE Talent & Culture, who provide the strategy, content, and overall approach for our listening strategy, bringing their vision to life.
- Ensure the creation, translation, and distribution of our listening activities and communication materials, fostering an inclusive environment where every voice matters.
- Prepare the datafile for our surveys, coordinating with GES HR and local HRBPs to include voices from all corners of our organization, including recent acquisitions.
- Act as the secondary point of contact for listening-related inquiries, supporting more complex questions that require a deeper understanding of Qualtrics and our processes.
- Oversee the creation of dashboards of our listening initiatives, tackling advanced features in Qualtrics to enhance user experience.
- Assist the CoE Talent & Culture in reporting to senior leaders, gaining exposure to people analytics, data visualization, and storytelling.
- Facilitate the enablement of listening initiatives, ensuring compliance with legal, work council approvals, and IT setup.
You Bring
- Strong project management skills with the ability to create detailed project plans and timelines.
- Proven ability to work in a multinational corporate environment.
- Technical aptitude with experience in survey platforms, knowledge of Qualtrics is a big pre
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ensuring alignment and clear dissemination of information.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
