Commercial Interiors & Fit-Outs
Role Brief:
Its an entrepreneurial role in our office where you shall be one point of contact, go-to person and a troubleshooter for the Founder/s and leadership for overall operational visibility.
Overview:
As a Project Manager specialising in commercial interiors and fit-outs, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring end-to-end project management, vendor coordination, and creating actionable reports to aid leadership decision-making.
Your goal shall be to create the bird eye visibility of overall operational and financial hygiene for the leadership and create clarity with actionable dashboards, reporting mechanisms.
You will serve as the central point of contact across departments, offering insights, resolving issues, and facilitating smooth project execution. With a focus on relationship-building and problem-solving, you will be instrumental in achieving project success and driving business growth.
Key Requirements:
3+ Years Experience in project management within PMC, specifically in commercial fit-outs - retail projects / co-working spaces / construction projects
Project Management from NICMAR, RICS or 5+ years of minimum experience working in commercial fit-out role
Proficiency in vendor management and supplier onboarding
Strong understanding of preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost management
Familiarity with identifying bottlenecks, proposing solutions, and presenting insights to leadership
Ability to generate actionable reports, dashboards and facilitate quick decision-making for leadership
Skilled in reconciliation of overall project orders
Proficient in Excel
Skill Set & Personality Traits Required:
Minimum 3 years of client-facing role with comfort in interacting with leadership
Demonstrated experience in vendor and client management
Logical and action biassed, Proactive and solution-driven mindset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent relationship-building skills
