- Must have experience with end to end construction projects - apartments and villas
- Must have hands on experience in MS project. Or equivalent project management tools
- Must have construction site experience
- Must have knowledge in vendor negotiations.
- Must have knowledge in quantity survey, BoQs, cost and schedule Estimations , project tracking, communication with different stake holders, Weekly Progress Reports etc.
- Must have Construction Quality Check (QC) process. And, should be able to prepare the templates.
