Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management or a related field
• 2-12 years of experience in project management
• Experience managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage project teams
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Experience with project management software
• Familiarity with agile methodologies
• PMP certification is a plus
