Benchmark Digital Subscribers Worldwide: Colgate, General Electric, Grainger, Ineos, Ingersoll Rand, L3Harris, NBCUniversal, Reynolds, Wayfair, Whirlpool Professional skills, qualification and experience 1-3 years of experience managing Software Development and IT Projects Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle Knowledge of Software Development Methodologies Experience managing projects risk, resourcing, financials and QA Understanding of the Cloud based Client-Server Model Technical Familiarity with Data Bases and SQL query writing (Preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills required Interpersonal Skills Communication skills Problem solving initiative Passionate about Project Management Team-building and open to work with cross-cultural virtual teams Aptitude; flexibility and ability to adapt to change and cultural realities Confidence and commitment Pro-active, can-do attitude Open mindedness Common sense Trustworthy Responsibilities Lead matrix team of people from different areas involved in the entire project lifecycle for software development and IT Projects. Requires to be the point of contact and project facilitator among the team members Create and maintain a project plan that communicates scope, tasks, milestone dates, status and resource allocation Identify risks and manage to create a mitigation plan and provide solution options Assist technical team to design and breakdown project tasks Facilitate the creation of a QA Strategy and Testing Plan Coordinate delivery of development and production releases to meet timeline expectations and QA Work with cross-functional and cross-company teams to define launch and drive strategic projects and standards initiatives through entire project lifecycle Report on progress and provide regular updates to upper management on the different project areas as needed: planning, risks, resourcing, financials, QA, etc. Questions about the position Please contact us at [Confidential Information]
