Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the building of the designing process and preparing the layouts with the use of AutoCAD
- Manage correspondence with clients, vendors, consultants, building departments, landlords, construction team, and other personnel involved in projects
- Handle end-to-end implementation and coordination of the project team's work
- Undertake frequent site visits and monitor the progress of all construction phases in compliance with building plans and deadlines
- Provide a daily update and report to the management with respect to the project's progress
- Resolve all site issues
- Work on overseeing project schedules and completions
