Project Lead - Monitoring & Evaluation

Role purpose: Plan, implement, expand, and oversee client's vocational education strategies on a national scale. This includes coordinating curriculum development and resource management. Additionally, the role involves acquiring new implementation and placement partners for students.

Key responsibilities:

Build new partnerships with industries for internships and placement opportunities.

Partner with NGOs, national institutes, and government bodies for student training.

Oversee the development and execution of new programs.

Manage and coordinate curriculum development and the Learning Management System (LMS).

Manage relationships with stakeholders, including regular visits and communication.

Mobilize community resources and support for vocational education initiatives.

Lead, retain, and build the capacity of the team.
