Position Overview: As the Implementation Lead, you will be managing solutioning & roll-outs of BlueKaktus supply chain applications in Enterprise clients in India and overseas. You will spearhead intertwined teams from BlueKaktus (Implementation and Delivery Consultants, along with cross-functional stakeholders) and Clients in discovering, defining, and delivering outcome-based, highly impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Subject-matter expert, in terms of domain, product and processes.
Work at the cutting edge of the product, as a liaison with the client universe driving delivery of our solutions.
Lead the business analyses and provide product & implementation expertise to clients in how best to use our solutions.
2. Requirements Baselining & Solutioning:
Drive/ participate in deep-dive clients business & functional requirements (as-is and to-be) & solution-mapping sessions (vis--vis relevant BlueKaktus application modules)
Compile and finalize requirements specifications documentation or business & functional blueprint documents, with consensus/ alignment across Client, Product, Pre-Sales etc.
Drive application configuration as per defined processes, workflows and data
Define & drive system-integrations and customizations, in liaison with Product & Tech teams
3. Project Management & Delivery:
Define project plans with granular timelines, responsibles, milestones, review cadence and align with relevant internal and external (client) stakeholders
Spearhead steercom and review meetings in a timely manner to drive decisions & escalations for an effective roll-out
Project progress communication internally and with client, with due emphasis on key concerns/ issues
Facilitate defined user-review/ testing sessions, along with pilots; garner feedback & drive fine-tuning
Drive timely consensus and milestone sign-offs from authorized client stakeholders
Facilitate training sessions and identify & facilitate resources to empower clients to leverage the full potential of our platform
Overall be the Primary Responsible for the successful (timely, effective and within budget) delivery of functional and technical components of the solution while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction, and proactive management of client challenges
4. Stakeholder Management:
Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients & external partners to collaborate on projects
Manage team of Implementation consultants directly, across projects
Expand span of interaction & relationship across key Client stakeholders (CXOs, Sponsors, Coordinators, Core Team, Experts)
Drive change management through empathy, education and envision, for a successful adoption
Pointsman for problem-solving and trouble-shooting
5. Financials & Collections:
Cognizant of payment milestones (typically, tagged to implementation targets), to facilitate timely raising of invoices and collections of receivables
Drive discussions and alignment on Change Requests internally and with client project teams
Key Performance Indicators:
On-Time, Effective and within Budget, Go-Live of implementations
NPS (Net Promoter Score) or CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score) of delivery
Team utilization/efficiency
Qualifications/ Profile:
Management Consulting experience (project-managing, client-facing, team-managing role): Must, minimum 3 years
Supply chain domain experience: Must
Project Management & Team Management: Must
SaaS experience: Desirable
Industry experience - Retail/ Fashion & Lifestyle: Desirable
Edu Qualification - MBA from Tier 1 institutes: Desirable
