We have open roles in Data & Analytics practice and are looking for candidates with 2-5 years of experience in Pharma consulting domain with expertise in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE - Alignment, Targeting, Segmentation, Affiliation mapping, IC, Patient level data analytics), Dashboard reporting and ad hoc analytics area. The candidates should have strong analytical capabilities and can provide data driven solutions to our global pharma clients.
Responsibilities:
- Work on sales force effectiveness projects like Field force sizing, Targeting, Alignment, Call planning, Incentive Compensation (IC), Dashboard reporting for pharma clients , Test & Control Analysis, MMX
- Develop SQL queries based on business rules and develop Tableau dashboards based on defined KPIs
- Understand Pharma commercial data sets like Patient claims data, Rx, SP, SD, Call activity, internal CRM data etc. and can triangulate data from multiple sources that drives commercial effectiveness.
- Collaborate with onshore team/client for day-to-day project activities and guide team, delegate tasks, and take accountability of end-to-end engagement management.
- Maintain process assets (SOPs, Checklists, BRDs, Process Maps etc.) and establish best practices.
- Facilitating data enabled decision making for clients by providing and communicating insights & recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative analytics.
- Understand business requirements, operating business rules, data, and underlying processes to communicate results to clients.
- Coach and mentor junior team members for higher responsibilities.
Qualifications
- MBA / B Pharma / M Pharma/Master degree - Life Sciences academic background or
- B Tech / BE / M Tech / ME - Engineering academic background.
