Project Lead – Core Banking System

Job Title: Project Lead

Job Location: Remote+ Overseas Travel

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead with expertise in managing core banking system (CBS) implementation or enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with Temenos T24 Transact or similar CBS platforms and a proven track record in project management within the banking or financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:Plan, execute, and deliver CBS projects on time and within scope.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration:Act as the main liaison between clients, teams, and vendors, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
3. Team Leadership:Manage cross-functional teams, guiding them to achieve project objectives.
4. Risk & Quality Control:Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
5. Technical Oversight:Oversee CBS configuration, integration, and implementation tasks.

Desired Skill Set

1. 10+ years in IT project management, with 5+ years in CBS projects. Hands-on experience with Temenos T24or similar systems (e.g., Flexcube, Finacle) is preferred.
2. Education:Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related fields.
3. Certifications:PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL (preferred).
4. Skills:Strong leadership, problem-solving, and knowledge of CBS functionality and banking workflows.
