As a Project Manager , you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring that all project objectives are met. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
Technical Expertise:
Possess in-depth knowledge of the tech stack, including React Native, React.js, Node.js, and PHP.
Understand technical requirements and be able to make informed decisions.
Collaborate with technical leads and developers to resolve technical challenges
Project Planning and Strategy:
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Create detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
Develop and maintain project budgets.
Identify and manage project risks and issues.
Team Leadership and Management:
Lead and motivate cross-functional development teams.
Set clear expectations for team members and provide ongoing feedback.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Monitor and track team progress toward project goals.
Project Execution:
Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
Maintain a strong focus on project quality and client satisfaction.
Client and Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Provide regular project updates and reports.
Address client feedback and manage expectations effectively.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests.
Prepare and deliver project reports to senior management.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development, with a strong background in React Native, React.js, Node.js, and PHP.
2. Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
3. Work collaboratively with the team with a strong focus on delivering high-quality code on time.
