Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Intern to join our Strategic Partnership Division. The role will involve a diverse range of responsibilities including field operations, data collection, program development support, donor identification, event management, conducting training, and performing various need-based tasks. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate from a reputable institute with a background in social work or business and a passion for working with underserved communities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Field Operations:

- Assist in coordinating and conducting field visits to project sites and partner organisations.

- Engage with community members to gather insights and feedback for program improvement.

- Support in the implementation of field-level activities and initiatives as directed.

2. Data Collection:

- Assist in collecting, organising, and analysing data related to program impact and beneficiary feedback.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of field data and ensure data integrity.

3. Program Development Support:

- Contribute to the development of program proposals, concept notes, and project reports.

- Conduct research on best practices, innovative approaches, and relevant trends in the field.

4. Donor Identification:

- Assist in identifying potential donors, including High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), crowdfunding platforms, and other funding sources.

- Support in preparing donor profiles and conducting outreach activities as needed.

5. Event Management:

- Assist in planning, organising, and executing events related to fundraising, donor engagement, and community outreach.

- Coordinate logistics, manage event timelines, and provide on-site support during events.

6. Conducting Trainings:

- Support in developing training materials and resources for community members, project staff, and other stakeholders.

- Assist in delivering training sessions on relevant topics, ensuring participant engagement and learning outcomes.

7. Need-Based Tasks:

- Undertake various tasks and assignments as assigned by the supervisor to support the overall objectives of the Strategic Partnership Division.

- Adapt to changing priorities and assist in addressing emergent needs as they arise.

Qualifications:

- Recent graduate from a reputable institute with a degree in social work, business administration, international development, or a related field.

- Passion for working with underserved communities and a commitment to social impact.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data collection tools and software is desirable.
