We are looking to hire a Project Head - Skill Development and CSR Initiatives for a large group of institutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strategic Project Leadership:
o Spearhead the planning, execution, and evaluation of skill development courses and CSR activities.
o Foster effective communication and collaboration with clients to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with their expectations.
- Revenue Generation:
o Identify and pursue opportunities for revenue generation through skill development initiatives.
o Strategize and implement plans to enhance the financial sustainability of the projects.
- HR Recruitment and Placement:
o Oversee the recruitment and placement processes, ensuring the selection of qualified and skilled individuals.
o Evaluate team members strengths and allocate tasks to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Government/Corporate Liaison:
o Establish and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, corporate partners, and NGOs.
o Collaborate with external stakeholders to align project goals with broader community and corporate objectives.
- Project Reporting and Review:
o Generate comprehensive project reports to provide detailed insights into ongoing initiatives.
o Prepare and present insightful monthly project review decks, addressing both clients and management.
- Team Coordination:
o Facilitate seamless coordination within the project team, ensuring tasks are assigned in accordance with designated roles.
o Implement and maintain a meticulous Daily/Weekly report tracker to monitor project progress and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Candidate should hold a graduate degree.
Possess a minimum of 5-10 years of hands-on experience managing skill development projects.
Preferably have a proven track record of working with reputable NGOs or companies engaged in CSR or funded projects.
An MBA in Operations Management would be an added advantage, demonstrating a strategic understanding of project operations.
Key Competencies:
Proven project management skills with a focus on skill development and CSR initiatives.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, including proficiency in report generation and presentation.
Ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements.
Previous experience in CSR or funded projects is highly desirable.
