We are hiring Project Head IT for a leading manufacturing company IT Wing
The Project Head - IT will play a pivotal role in leading the IT projects in Palavanthangal. They will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of IT project delivery, ensuring the successful execution of projects within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the IT project team to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
- Develop and execute IT strategies to meet the organization's technological needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define project scope.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with IT standards and regulations.
- Provide regular project status updates to management and stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets and track project expenses.
- Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies.
- Resolve conflicts and address project-related challenges effectively.
- Ensure the successful implementation of IT solutions and systems.
- Evaluate project outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead post-project reviews and documentation for future reference.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading IT projects, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of IT project management tools and methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute IT strategies aligned with company goals.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Sound understanding of IT infrastructure and systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic IT environment.
- Professional certifications in project management or IT leadership are a plus.
Skills Required
IoT based software projects implementation at costumer locations.
Preparationof BRD and SRS software documents.
Testing of software applications.
Customer Relationship Management.
