Responsibilities
- Strategic Project Leadership:
Develop and execute strategic plans for airport construction projects, aligning with Adani Airports vision and operational objectives.
Implement robust project management methodologies encompassing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management strategies.
- Technical Oversight and Expertise:
Provide expert guidance in airport infrastructure development, overseeing activities across Design and Engineering, Engineering & Maintenance, Project Procurement and Contract Administration, Construction, Civil Works, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), Airside Operations, Project Planning and Control, and Quality and Safety at Asset.
Ensure adherence to Adani Airports standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices throughout project lifecycle.
- Financial Management and Budget Control:
Develop and manage annual capital expenditure (Capex) plans aligned with project objectives and corporate financial goals.
Monitor monthly spending forecasts, control expenditures, and optimize resource allocation to achieve budget targets while maintaining project quality and safety standards.
- Team Leadership and Development:
Build and mentor a high-performing project team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Lead by example, providing guidance on technical challenges, conducting performance evaluations, and promoting professional development opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management and Communication:
Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, regulatory authorities, and local communities.
Facilitate transparent communication channels, manage stakeholder expectations, and address issues promptly to ensure project success and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Risk Mitigation and Compliance:
Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies to safeguard project timelines and deliverables.
Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality assurance protocols throughout project execution.
Qualifications
- A graduate degree in engineering, preferably Civil Engineering from an institute of repute recognized by UGC/AICTE
- Minimum of 25 years of experience in the Infrastructure industry
