Skills& Responsibilities:

• Handling Technical Support for all our digital marketing projects & Activities
• Basic Knowledge of Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
• Coordinating with the Social Media Team for Social Media Posts Calendar
• Coordination with Design team for designs
• Sharing the project deliveries with the client and need to follow-up for the feedbacks
• Ability to manage the projects work and track the progress of the tasks by following up with the respective teams.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Ability to handle Support Requests from Clients on Phone and Email.
• Work quickly and efficiently and should be able to tackle them efficiently
• Attention to detail. Should be able to interact with Client and get their updates done.
• Should be a motivated self starter and like working on fast paced projects.
• A Technology geek at heart with Quick Learning Opportunities.
• Only candidates currently working or living in Hyderabad should apply.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English is needed

Qualification: MBA/ any Degree with relevant experience

Salary: As per industry standards / INR 2,40,000 to INR 3,00,000/- per year
