Job Description :

Candidate with Graduation in Engineering and having MBA/ PGDM from NICMAR/ RICS.

• Should have an overall experience of 10 years overall with minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate projects from inception to handover stage
• should have an understanding of statutory compliances,
• drafting of contracts, contract administration & compliance
• vendor identification, procurement strategy
• MIS reporting and
• stakeholder management.
• PMP preferred
• MS Project & P6 software
