Position Overview
As a Project Engineer specializing in residential high rise towers with MIVAN technology experience, you will play a key role in overseeing the successful execution of construction projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the project management team to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for residential high rise tower projects.
Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to review design plans and identify any potential issues or improvements.
Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
Manage subcontractors and vendors, including negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and resolving any disputes or issues that may arise.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure workmanship and materials meet project standards and specifications.
Utilize MIVAN technology expertise to optimize construction processes, improve efficiency, and minimize waste.
Provide technical support and guidance to project team members, resolving technical challenges and ensuring project milestones are achieved.
Prepare regular progress reports, financial forecasts, and other project documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the project team
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in residential high rise tower construction, with a strong understanding of construction principles, techniques, and best practices.
Proven experience with MIVAN technology, including formwork systems, concrete construction, and implementation of MIVAN-based projects.
Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and achieving project objectives.
Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar applications.
Professional Engineer (PE) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
