Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for equipment installation and upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
Equipment Expertise:
- Provide technical support and expertise on filling lines (B+S, Bosch, Groninger, IMA, Tofflon, Optima, Truking Steriline).
- Manage the operation and maintenance of lyophilizers and autoclaves.
- Supervise the installation and validation of manufacturing and holding vessels.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including specifications, protocols, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Troubleshooting and Optimization:
- Identify and resolve equipment issues, implementing process improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
Training and Development:
- Train staff on equipment operation and safety protocols.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment usage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
