Technical Expertise:- Utilize the latest construction techniques and machinery to enhance project efficiency and quality.
Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.Site Supervision:
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Address any issues or challenges that arise on-site promptly and effectively.
Coordination:
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, and quality assurance records.- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurately reflects project status.
Compliance:- Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site to protect workers and the public.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the execution of building and commercial space projects.
Proven ability to work independently and manage large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of the latest construction techniques and machinery.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
