Accountable for execution of plumbing and construction of External Sewerage, Storm Water Drainage & Water Supply System
Devising overall plans & schedules along with execution and monitoring of MEP activity as per contract and quality assurance with site safety required for construction of the building
Involved in preparation of:
Progress report and fix monthly, weekly, and daily basis targets for contractor and subordinates and review of contractor's progress for timely completion of projects
o Estimation of quantities and detailed description of bill item and rate, analysis & checking of contractor's bill and finalizing extra rate of contractor
Coordinated with the client, contractors, architectural, structural, MEP consultants, and all team members
Arranged site meetings and prepared progress reports
Ensured project profitability through optimum utilization of material and other resources; execution of the project within defined time, cost, and quality parameters
Worked on drawing detailing, specification, and procurement of required material for productivity and progress of the project
