Job Description
- PIMS Engineers are responsible for bringing in the right technology with streamlined process for managing the deliverables of an organization. They must analyse complex business problems and assess how automated systems can be implemented to solve those problems.
Some Of The Basic Roles Would Be To
- Maintain Common Data Environment (CDE).
- Implement new systems and provide better efficiency.
- Have the ability to generate reports using latest automated technologies.
- Bring in the Standardisation and Automation processes.

Automation Expertise
- Collaborate with Project Management team to Proactively engage regularly with project stakeholders to gather their inputs and get agreement. Demonstrate continuous improvement, automation, lean techniques to bring consistency and efficiencies across projects, programmes and portfolios in project controls, cost and schedule management
- Experienced candidates should be familiar with Microsoft Power tools ( Power Apps, Power BI , Power Automate(, Excel Advanced (VBA Skills).
Expertise In Power BI/Data Analytics
- Ability to analyze and understand large sets of data (turn this analysis into Actionable steps) and develop customized ad hoc reports. Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) with clear objectives and consistently monitor those. Create relationships between data and develop tabular and other multidimensional data models. Perform DAX queries and functions in Power BI.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred in any Engineering Field
- Have the Master's degree in one of the Management course such as Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience on global UK, Middle East or US projects. Preferable experience in consultant roles.
- 2+ Years Relevant experience in one of the Data Analytics, Power tool/Automation.
- Excellent language, report writing, presentation and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of earned value concepts and calculations.
- Basics of Primavera P6 and report preparation skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to quickly adapt to changing environments and requirements.
