Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of project plans, objectives, and timelines specific to R&D projects.
• Coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to material properties, experimental results, and project progress.
• Organize, attend, and participate in project meetings, providing updates and insights based on data analysis.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations on project status, findings, and recommendations.
• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, regulations, and quality standards.
• Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for executive staff.
• Support the R&D team in troubleshooting and resolving project-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in materials science, engineering, project management, or a related field.
• Experience in data analysis and project coordination, preferably in an R&D or NGO (sustainability) environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, MATLAB, Python).
• Project management certifications such as Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.
