Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed construction cost estimates
- Develop procedures and programs for successful procurement of each item of work. One point responsibility for co-ordination of all procurement needs of the project
- Establish baseline project budget & project plan in collaboration with client
- Prepare Contract and Procurement Stratergy in consultation with project lead
- Prepare tender documents suitable to client requirement with all terms and conditions required to achieve objectives of project
- Identify, conduct prequalification process and shortlist contractor and invite them for the work
- Lead the consortium to answer all the technical queries by the contractor.
- Guide client for all commercial discussion and negotiations
- Conduct pre-bid meetings and post bid meetings of all nature
- Strategise the negotiation process and approach to select the ideal contractor for the project
- Visit site along with project lead for assessment of final shortlisted contractors before award of works
- Prepare of Contract Documents & Post Tendering Activities till the Award of the Contract
- Control, track & monitor Budget implement Contractual Clauses.
- Manage post contract activities
Required. Minimum of 12+ years of experience.
Communication:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
- Ability to effectively present information.

inancial Knowledge:
- Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
- Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages..
- Contract Negotiations skills are a must
Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents.
- Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
- Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
