Position: Project Director for CIDCO Project

Location: Navi Mumbai

Experience: 20+ Years

CTC Budget: 35- 50 LPA

Qualification: BE Civil

1. To overall control the entire project with respect to the desired standards of speed, quality and economy as per the company objectives and policies.

2. To overall monitor the back office engineering and administration of a large residential project spread at various locations in Navi Mumbai operating from the central facility office located in Navi Mumbai. The project shall be an LSTK with Civil, Structural, Finishing, on site infra and MEP.

3. To oversee the operations performance in the point of view of timely completion, quality and housekeeping standards. Focus on minimize the wastages. Control inventory.

4. To control all the internal departments including Stores. Planning. Billing, subconatractors billing. Plant & Machinery, accounts, Labour resource, QC, EHS, BIM and liaisoning.

5. To conduct with a desired frequency, the internal structured reviews with all the internal stakeholders to firmly ensure the top line, bottom line and the cashflow of the project.

6. To actively participate in follow up of receivables from the client.

7. To prepare, observe, act and ensure the look ahead schedules of 3 months and the overall project. Timely implementation over the procurement schedule with defined delivery/ receipt dates.

8. To interact with Head Office of the company with all the departments to establish timely support to the project for smooth functioning.

9. To develop relations with client. PMC, consultants, architects for obtaining timely support for the project functioning and performance with respect to speed. Quality, Economy and in -time collections. Attend internal external meetings of the project.

10. To develop a good team in the project to take the legacy forward.
