Project Director (City Side Development) – NMIA (Navi Mumbai International Airport)

Objectives and Key Responsibilities:

1) End-to-end owner of the entire project including Design, Master Planning, Project Planning, project capex, approvals, Execution of entire life cycle of the project till commencement of operations for business.

2) Mixed-use development ranging from 5 to 8 Mn sft. (Hotels, Convention Centers, Commercial offices,

Retail & Entertainment etc.

3) Required high level of experience in Design management, Design Validation, Master Planning for large mixed use development projects.

Preferably knowledge of Architectural Design and Master Planning and capability of overall Project Management. Experience of working with repute International & National Design firms is essential.

Qualifications:

B. Arch / M. Arch / B E / B Tech with MBA / PGDM will be added advantage.
