Working Days: Monday - Friday

Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

How This Role Fits Into The Organization Overall

As a Project Designer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our projects from conception through to execution. Your expertise will ensure that the projects not only meet but exceed client expectations, reinforcing the global reputation for excellence in hospitality and commercial design.

Responsibilities

• Design Development: Create and refine architectural plans and detailed drawings for large-scale commercial projects.
• Execution Oversight: Manage the execution process, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Material Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest materials and industry trends, integrating new ideas into your designs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and BOMs (Bill of Materials) with precision and accuracy.
• Innovation: Continuously bring new concepts and creativity to our projects, experimenting with innovative design solutions.
• Lead: Lead a team of designers and coordinate with department juniors to ensure seamless workflow and division of responsibilities.
  
  

Qualifications

Education:

• B.Arch / B.Des from an accredited institution.
  
  

Experience

• 5-8 years of experience in interior design, with proven experience overseeing the execution of at least three large-scale commercial projects.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of the execution process and project management.
  
  

Communication

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
  

Project Management

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet demanding deadlines.
  
  

Teamwork

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  
  

Detail-oriented

• Keen attention to detail in all aspects of design and documentation.
