Academic Qualification
- Post Graduation in business administration, project management, or a related discipline
Relevant Work Experience
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in project management principles, and methodologies related to ECE/ FLN
- Prior experience of handling a team of project managers
- Good working knowledge in Hindi, English and Microsoft office suite
- Desirable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to take leadership in ambiguous situations, even when unsupervised
- Experience working with Central / State Governments and district stakeholders for externally aided projects
Indicative Duties / Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with the state and district government stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives for each project.
- Collaborate with team members to create detailed project plans, defining project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines
- Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring everyone understands their roles and timelines.
- Conduct regular check-ins with project team members to ensure progress is being made, and identify any potential roadblocks and potential solutions
- Communicate project status and updates to department officials and Senior bureaucrats.
- Prepare reports and presentations on project findings for internal and external audiences
- Address any project-related issues or conflicts that arise among team members or stakeholders promptly and effectively.
- Field experience / practical knowledge in sectors of diversified projects
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
