The Role
Work together with the Business Owner/ Stake Holder to plan and execute projects, and ensure that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring that projects remain on target to meet deadlines
- Work closely with development, and quality control teams to get an estimation and plan of delivery
- Report to Business Owners on project scheduling, project updates, delays, and resource allocation/availability, and any issue that may impact the risk and health of the business
- Schedule and conduct release meetings and weekly demos of work-in-progress
- Ensure that proper and thorough technical product documentation is captured and made available to the team
- Coordinate release and sprint planning
- Conduct daily scrum meetings
- Utilize efficient processes to ensure minimal resource wastage
- Coordinate releases with marketing and support teams to ensure smooth product launches with proper information and resources available to customers
- Assess all members of the engineering team and make recommendations related to resource utilization.
- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
- Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
- Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
- Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
Ideal Profile
Must have at least 3 years of experience working through the design, development, release cycle and delivering software products to market but not greater than 10 years.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Strong project management skills, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with managing the development of SaaS and cloud-based applications preferred
- Experience with Scrum methodology and Agile practices preferred
- Experience with handling tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana etc
- MS Office expertise
- At least 2 years of experience in ERP, CRM, Healthcare sector project implementation.
- A high command of verbal and written English & Hindi
- Readiness to travel to client location as per requirement
