- Injection Molding Process Knowledge:
Oversee the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of injection molding machines. Ensure optimal process parameters are set to achieve high-quality production.
Manage and supervise production activities during assigned shifts.- Ensure smooth shift transitions and continuity of operations.
Analyze rejection data to identify root causes of defects.- Develop and implement corrective actions to reduce rejection rates.
- 4. In-House Rejection Reduction:
Implement strategies to minimize in-house rejections and improve product quality.- Monitor and report on rejection trends and improvements.
Manage and allocate manpower effectively to meet production targets.- Provide training and guidance to production staff on best practices and safety protocols.
- 6. Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE):
* Monitor and analyze OEE to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement initiatives to enhance equipment performance, reduce downtime, and increase productivity.
