The Project Coordinator supports project managers and teams in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget. This role involves coordinating resources, communication, and documentation to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to project goals.
Project Planning and Coordination:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate and schedule project meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
