Summary:
As the Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager in the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects. You will be responsible for coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients. You will play a key role in ensuring that projects run smoothly and that all stakeholders are informed of project progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects.
Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and monitoring project timelines.- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to the Project Manager and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that project tasks are completed on schedule.
Identify and track project issues, and work with the Project Manager and team members to resolve them.- Facilitate communication and collaboration between project team members and stakeholders.
Support the Project Manager in the preparation of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and presentations.
- Act as a liaison between the project team and other departments, such as IT and finance.
Support the Project Manager in managing project risks and escalating issues when necessary.
Preferred Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
