Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage project activities and schedules
- Act as a liaison between clients, contractors, and internal team members
- Ensure project timelines and budgets are met
- Manage project documentation and communication
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations
- Provide support to the project team as needed
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- At least 4-5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the interior design industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Experience in managing budgets and project finances
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
