We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Technology Operations team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating planned projects, managing ad hoc tasks, and eventually taking ownership of projects under the guidance of our experienced team members.
Immediate Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to coordinate planned projects.
- Follow up with team members on project deliverables and timelines.
- Schedule meetings, collect updates, and track progress towards project completion.
- Handle ad hoc project tasks, including logistical support and basic research.
- Manage the Tech Buzz quarterly newsletter.
- Enter requisitions and new vendors into Oracle for procurement purposes.
- Conduct legwork and research for vendor management to support decision-making.
- Assist in documentation tasks such as formatting PowerPoint decks, meeting notes, and updating the Confluence wiki.
Long-term Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of assigned projects, defining scope, goals, and timelines.
- Assign appropriate tasks to team members and ensure timely completion.
- Engage with stakeholders as needed to gather requirements and provide updates.
- Manage project delivery from initiation to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in a software company or technology-related environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello is a plus.
- CX (Operations) experience preferred, with a willingness to learn and adapt to the Technology side of operations.
