Role Overview:The Project Coordinator is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project plans and schedules. This role includes overseeing all project stages from site measurements to receiving the completion certificate, ensuring timely production and material dispatch, coordinating with technicians, and maintaining thorough documentation. The Project Coordinator also plays a key role in organizing project review meetings, preparing necessary materials, and providing administrative support to ensure project deadlines are met and risks are managed effectively.

- Project Planning and Monitoring:
Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans and schedules.- Ensure all project stages are completed from site measurements to receiving the completion certificate.
- Production and Dispatch Coordination:
Take updates on production from the factory supervisor.- Ensure material dispatch on the client-committed date, informing sales and clients of any changes with higher authorities approval.
Arrange technicians for fixing materials at the site.- Take QC reports after work completion.
Collect satisfaction/completion certificates from clients.
- Documentation and Closure:
Handover QC reports and completion certificates to the Accounts department during the project review meeting.
- Close the project file with signatures from higher authorities and the project department.
Organize a project review meeting once a week.
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Coordinate and follow up on project tasks and actions.- Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Administrative Support and Compliance:
Provide administrative support as needed.- Attend and participate in client meetings.
Ensure projects adhere to frameworks, maintaining appropriate documentation.
- Assess project risks and issues, providing solutions where applicable.
Send all written communication to clients after obtaining approval from higher authorities.
