Responsibilities:

Overall responsibility of co-ordination for B2B Projects, namely:

- Post receipt of the order, fixing responsibility / time lines for each Dept/individual contributor in the kick-off meeting

- Communicating the output expected and time lines to each Dept./individual contributor

- Tracking progress of documentation preparation/submission/revision/ re-submission/approval, etc.

Maintaining the project traction using MS-Project, generating reports / presentation as and when required.

Being the Single Point Contact (SPOC) for all Customers, including

- Maintaining cordial relationship with the customer

- collecting inputs / requests / information from customers and conveying to all concerned and vice-versa

keeping the customer updated with relevant information of the project.

Any other responsibility assigned by the Management from time to time.
