Project Coordinator

Our company Crescent PPG Lining Pvt. Ltd., located in Bhopal, is an engineering company that specializes in providing technologically advanced solutions for Chemical (Acid) Resistant lining and elite products.

With over 25 years of experience in delivering innovative & cost-effective solutions for chemical resistance lining, Canopies for industrial usage & Chemical storage tanks.

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and completion of various projects across the company. You will work closely with project managers and team members to ensure tasks are on schedule, resources are efficiently allocated, and deliverables meet quality standards.

• Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the coordination and management of project activities from start to finish

• Track project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure objectives are met

Maintain and update project documentation, including schedules, meeting notes, and reports

• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback

Organize and attend project meetings, ensuring that action items are tracked and followed up on

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution

Identify potential risks and issues and assist in problem-solving

• Support the project manager in administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as needed

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field (Preference will be given to Engineering Background (Mechanical /Civil) candidates

• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficiency in MS office

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage time effectively and work on tight deadlines
