Job description
Position: Project Coordinator (Corporate interior fit-outs)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their interior design preferences and requirements.
- Create design concepts and plans using AutoCAD or other design software.
- Select materials, furnishings, and decor elements that meet the client's budget and preferences.
- Present design concepts to clients and make revisions based on their feedback.
- Develop project timelines and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure materials and furnishings are delivered and installed according to the project schedule.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate them into design projects.
- Collaborate with other designers and team members to ensure a cohesive design approach.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
- Portfolio showcasing previous interior design projects.
