Job Description

Project Planning:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop a detailed project plan, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
Identify potential risks and create mitigation strategies.
Determine the required onsite resources, equipment, and materials.
  • Resource Management:
Assign tasks and responsibilities to the onsite team members.
Coordinate with human resources to ensure proper staffing levels.
Manage and optimize resource allocation to meet project goals.
  • Communication:
Establish clear communication channels among onsite team members, stakeholders, and clients.
Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and status meetings.
Address any concerns, issues, or conflicts that arise onsite.
  • Risk Management:
Identify potential risks related to onsite work, such as safety hazards or logistical challenges.
Develop risk assessment plans and contingency measures to minimize potential disruptions.
  • Budget Management:
Create and manage the project budget, including tracking expenses related to onsite work.
Ensure that the project remains within the allocated budget while meeting quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with stakeholders, clients, and other relevant parties to gather requirements and expectations.
Manage stakeholder relationships by addressing concerns and maintaining open communication.
  • Quality Control:
Monitor and ensure that the onsite work is being executed according to established quality standards.
Implement quality control processes to identify and rectify any deviations.
  • Health and Safety:
Enforce health and safety protocols to protect onsite workers and ensure compliance with regulations.
Conduct regular safety inspections and promote a culture of safety among the team.
  • Problem Solving:
Quickly address and resolve any onsite issues or challenges that may arise during project execution.
Make decisions that align with project goals and objectives.
  • Documentation:
Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and any relevant records.
Document lessons learned for future reference and process improvement.
  • Client Satisfaction:
Ensure that the client's needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
Foster a positive client relationship by delivering results and maintaining effective communication.
  • Closure and Reporting:
Conduct a thorough project review to ensure that all objectives have been achieved.
Generate a final project report that summarizes the outcomes, lessons learned, and areas for improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,
  • 00 - 35,000.00 per month
