Project Coordinator's role would start after conversion of Lead into Sale.
Communicate to all relevant department upon the winning on the project and share the initial
BOQs with them as an information.
Ensure listing of the BOQ on SAP through the Sales Manager.
Would prima facie extensively go through the company generated BOQ and Client's PO and
cross verify its correctness in all manner.
Identifying any mistake or error in the BOQ or PO and bring it to the notice of Sales
Manager and get the same rectified/approved.
Take an approval from Sales Head/Design Lead upon all the finishes and colours of
products.
Making sure that project goes into process of production within the prescribed timeline.
Making sure that all relevant informations are listed in BOQ which planning and
production team may require.
Making sure the project is moved from planning team to production team within 2 days
of Project Win.
Ensuring that Purchase department has placed all the POs to the relevant vendor within
the timeline prescribed.
Taking timeline from Production Team and communicate the same to Sales and the
Client.
Ensuring the movement of Project within the prescribed timeline within all
departments.
Updating the Client and Sales Team upon the timeline and update of production and
readiness of the project for Despatch.
Coordinating with the client for despatch and installation for the project with the dates.
Taking approval from Finance for Despatch of materials and coordinating the despatch
process with logistics and finance.
